Clean, great business hotel. Reasonably large and well-appointed rooms with good facilities and AFFABLE staff. Absolutely perfect location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Centervale Shopping.

stayed at national inn again in sao jose dos campos and had a great experience. staff was responsive, breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable.

Sauna and jacuzzi were closed.

This was my second stay in the last 2 years.I was happy with everything . .

The only issue this time was the noise from the Dutra highway,eventhough we were on the 7th floor. We had to use the earplugs to get a good night sleep.Ask for the room on the other side of the highway

I really enjoyed this hotel and had a great experience. the staff was really helpful and offered us wake-up calls and ironing services. - the units had good space. - the location of the hotel was excellent, at a medium distance from Pib. - the hotel was in a nice area.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Price was really excellent (some 60 Euro for a really good hotel is really worth it). While the negative list appears lonbger, these were actually minor things.

Well, it is right in front of the Dutra Motorway. Seeing this in earlier comments I asked for one of the rooms facing the back. The person doing the checkin was apparently oblivious about the room numbering and gave me one facing directly to the front. A phone call fixed that and he gave me another nicer room (actually a suite). Not that I could make much use of it, but the attitude was good. Also the person and another one the next day had issues with using the credit card terminal for paying.Only after intervention by a third emplpoyee could this be sorted.

We stayed at Nacional Inn for 4 nights and had a great experience. the staff was friendly and responsive, quickly resolving any issues we had, like a noisy neighbor. the breakfast was delicious, and the stable wifi and well-equipped gym made it easy to get work done. the hotel also offered excellent value for the price, totaling just around 60 Euro per night.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located off the freeway, making it easy to get around the city in no time. It was also situated close to both the city's main Mall and a shopping mall. the room was well-equipped, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. We were impressed with the service and breakfast spread, as well as the facilities such as an outdoor pool, gym, and suana.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and I was impressed with the event facilities. The nine meeting rooms and the amphitheater were well-equipped and spacious, accommodating the needs of our symposium. The business center was convenient and the staff provided excellent service.

I missed having a dedicated coworking area where I could work on my laptop and have access to printing facilities.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. Location-wise, it was convenient to have a shopping mall and a gas station nearby. The pool looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to use it.

The room was extremely noisy due to its proximity to a busy highway. The soundproof windows did little to muffle the sound of traffic.

The cleanliness left much to be desired as our room was not cleaned well daily resulting in a buildup of dust and dirt. the maintenance work done on facilities seemed to be lacking in quality;
